DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. The Fulfillment team is responsible for driving the strategy, profitability, and operations across each vertical. The Head of Network Planning & Warehouse, Dasher & Logistics Strategy & Operations will own the design and expansion of DashLink’s network footprint. You’ll be responsible for building strategies that improve coverage, service quality, and cost efficiency while enabling DoorDash to compete at scale. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations, this role is highly strategic, highly analytical, and central to shaping how we grow our logistics network.
This role can be based near a major logistics hub and requires 15–20% travel.
We expect to fill this position by 3/23/2026.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
