What you will do:
- Help deliver workforce and resource planning activities across ITSM service portfolios.
- Ensure data accuracy, updates, and alignment with operational demand.
- Enable decision-making through structured reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain resource schedules and workforce data across planning systems.
- Track planned hours, FTEs, and capacity against demand forecasts.
- Create reports and insight to help decision-making in ITSM operational reviews
- Support process improvement projects across resource and workforce planning.
- Engage service leads to ensure alignment of plans with strategic goals.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of prior experience in administrative support within resource management and business operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of PowerBI.
- Effective communication in multicultural environments.
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
