This role is directly responsible for the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the company’s sales operations infrastructure, with a particular focus on Salesforce administration, data integrity, pipeline reporting, key sales metrics, campaign operations, and bid management. You’ll be trusted to operate independently, manage complex workflows, and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve performance.
We’re looking for someone who is AI-curious, systems-minded, and motivated by execution excellence — someone who takes pride in building scalable, efficient ways of working and improving what already exists.

- Support marketing campaign operations, including customer segmentation, campaign data management, and lead attribution.
- Maintain and optimize the integration between Salesforce and Marketo to ensure accurate data flow, routing, and reporting.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure campaign performance data is captured, structured, and usable for analysis and optimization.
- Bid & RFP Support
- Provide end-to-end project management support for bids and RFPs, coordinating inputs across Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Take lead on timely submittal of all RFP response documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain and organize bid-related materials and responses for future reuse and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement & AI Enablement
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Explore and recommend tools, processes, or approaches that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy and scalability.
