And we’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Expert Tier) to start immediately

Full-Time: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Handle new customer onboarding by following established SOPs

Provide GoHighLevel technical support, including:

Integrating Zoom accounts

Assisting with phone verification issues

Support Facebook Ads–related inquiries, including:

Setting up Facebook Business Manager

Creating and managing ad accounts

Answering basic ad system questions

Communicate with clients and internal teams via Discord

Meta (Facebook) Ads

Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel

Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and ad accounts

Previous experience in customer onboarding or customer support

Excellent spoken and written English (very good accent required)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional

Comfortable working with offshore teams
