About the Role
GlossGenius has been empowering independent entrepreneurs in the beauty, health and wellness space to follow their dreams and successfully grow their businesses. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to build AI-first products that help our businesses grow. In this role, you will solve problems in innovative ways. You'll think creatively about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to build intelligent systems that scale effortlessly, transforming foundational experiences into competitive advantages.
You will define product priorities and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that maximize value for our users. And you will challenge ways of working, leveraging AI and other tools to build smarter and faster. You will report to our Head of Core Product and you must be commutable to our NYC headquarters.
We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Benefits & Perks
The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $180,000 - $215,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
