Hiive is looking for a Product Operations Manager to optimize the processes of product, engineering, data, design and its interaction with the rest of the business. You will be a core component allowing us to execute on our ambitious product roadmap. As our first dedicated Product Ops hire, you will be responsible for optimizing and expanding on the foundational processes that allow our product team to scale efficiently. Partnering directly with the CPTO and the rest of the engineering product leadership team, this high-impact role acts as both a strategic operator and chief of staff, enabling product excellence and organizational alignment.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Serve as a key partner to the CPTO, supporting product leadership and acting as chief of staff
Maintain tools, templates, and processes used by PMs for initiative conceptualization, socialization, and approval
Owning our product development and product analytics tools (Linear and Posthog specifically). You will be a tool expert in setup and giving support and training to product and related teams.
Building scalable systems to aggregate feedback from across the business and research to make actionable insights accessible for the product team.
Working with PMs and across the organization for feature release Go-To-Market ensuring everyone has the training and documentation needed to succeed.
Maintaining our internal "Source of Truth" for product documentation, demos, vision, and strategy to ensure cross-functional alignment as the team grows.
Designing cross-team and cross-organization communication processes and owning the "rhythm of the business” meetings.
Required Experience
4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or adjacent roles in high growth startups.
A passion for process and operations to build the "the machine that builds the product."
Incredible attention to detail and a work ethic to move multiple initiatives forward at the same time.
Strong proficiency with product analytics platforms (Preferable PostHog but also any of Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap) and finding insight in data and research.
Power-user experience with modern project management software and documentation tools (Notion, Linear, etc.).
Preferable Experience
Familiarity with the unique operational complexities of high-compliance or finance environments.
Experience helping leadership teams prepare presentations, with an emphasis on creating good communication moments.
