🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
📆 Calendar & Email Management
- Manage day-to-day scheduling, prioritize meetings, and coordinate availability across time zones
- Monitor inboxes, draft replies, flag important updates, and follow up on pending threads
🧰 General Operations Support
- Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal workflows
- Coordinate tasks and timelines across multiple ongoing projects
- Create and manage simple trackers, dashboards, and shared folders for project clarity
🔍 Research & Administrative Tasks
- Conduct light research for upcoming meetings, content, or product ideas
- Help manage publishing timelines for blogs, newsletters, or community updates
- Draft communications or internal summaries as needed
💬 Internal & External Coordination
- Assist with onboarding new collaborators, interns, or freelancers
- Help with community engagement, meeting notes, and follow-up tracking
- Join meetings when needed and provide support on task management or planning
✅ Who You Are
- 2–4+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar
- Experience managing projects solo or as a freelancer, with a high level of independence
- Bonus: Led or mentored a small team in the past
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiar with G Suite, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and other digital collaboration tools
- Resourceful, organized, and unafraid to take initiative
