Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find, fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. The Account Executive (Pax8 MSP) will play a lead role in accelerating Horizon3’s revenues through Managed Service Providers (MSP) and the Pax8 Marketplace. The responsibility will involve accelerating MSP sales and adoption through Pax8 to drive sales growth for Horizon3.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, recruit, and enable new MSP partners to expand the business portfolio.

• Run point on inbound inquiries of prospective Pax8 MSP partners.

• Drive outbound sales inquiries with targeted, prospective Pax8 MSP partners.

• Collaborate with the Pax8 sales organization in driving sales success with new Horizon3 MSP partners.

• Support marketing events to drive MSP awareness for Horizon3.

• Meet revenue and profitability goals by generating new business opportunities.

• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain detailed sales tracking and planning.

• Foster strong relationships with engineering and marketing teams to identify and resolve product-related issues, including quality, delivery, and design concerns.

• Maintain a high level of activity to meet sales quotas and ensure pipelines are built to meet quarterly sales goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of proven success in cybersecurity technology sales

• 1+ years of experience selling to or through MSPs.

• Proficiency in selling cybersecurity solutions to and through MSPs.

• A history of consistently meeting quotas and utilizing solution-selling or target-account-selling techniques.

• Ability to grasp complex technical challenges in the Networking and Security space from a business perspective.

• Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities with a successful track record in negotiating and closing deals within the designated territory.

• Experience selling to executive-level decision-makers.

• Proficient in presenting technical solutions and business concepts clearly through demonstrations and proposals.

• Self-driven, capable of problem-solving and operating with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a hands-on, proactive attitude.

• Seeking individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.

Travel Required

We are a fully remote company and this job may require up to 50% of travel to be successful.

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

• Base salary range: $140,000 - $150,000 OTE 60/40 split annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

• Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
