The situation
Our Creative teams are talented, fast, and always moving. NordicTrack and ProForm. iFIT. Social. Three sub teams. A lot of great work. Also a lot of urgency.
What we need is someone who loves timelines, prioritization, and clarity just as much as our creatives love ideas.
The role
You will be the operational heartbeat of the Creative org.
You own timelines.
You help decide what matters most.
You bring calm and structure to fast moving creative work.

What you will do
Own the master creative calendar across all brands and channels
Bring structure to intake, prioritization, and planning
Hold timelines and milestones so teams can focus on the work
Reduce last minute fire drills and unnecessary urgency
Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Growth teams
Create clarity when everything feels urgent
