This role is focused on supporting the day-to-day operations of an educational environment, ensuring smooth management of courses, students, instructors, and digital learning platforms. You will act as a key operational support point for the educational team, helping maintain organization, quality, and efficiency across multiple training activities. The position combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on use of technology, particularly LMS platforms and digital tools used for learning management. You will also contribute to improving the learner experience by ensuring timely communication, accurate data management, and well-structured course logistics. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and highly oriented toward process quality and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
- Support academic and administrative operations, including student communication via WhatsApp, email, and platform tools, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Manage enrollment processes, class organization, attendance lists, and certification issuance, maintaining accurate internal records and spreadsheets.
- Assist in planning and organizing course schedules, instructor availability, and training calendars.
- Support the setup and maintenance of courses, lessons, and learning materials within the LMS platform.
- Monitor student progress and provide basic technical support to resolve issues within the learning environment.
- Coordinate logistical support for instructors, including materials, access links, and class preparation.
- Collect feedback and performance indicators from courses to support continuous improvement of the learning experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Pedagogy, Administration, Business Management, Technology, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal Portuguese.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and presentations.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning environments.
- Experience or interest in educational technology and administrative support roles.
- Intermediate English level (B1–B2).
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile with strong multitasking abilities.
- Comfort working with digital tools, including AI-based solutions (LLMs).
- Nice to have: experience with tools such as Notion, Trello, WhatsApp Business automation/chatbots, Copilot, or Claude.
- Advanced English is considered a plus.
