This role is responsible for supporting financial reconciliation processes with precision and efficiency, ensuring accurate validation of transactions, balances, and transfers. The position involves handling high volumes of data while maintaining traceability and operational evidence, such as reports and system screenshots. The professional will work closely with internal teams to identify discrepancies, improve data accuracy, and follow established operational procedures. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tight deadlines are essential. Accountabilities:
- Execute financial reconciliations of transactions, including card payments, PIX, boletos, and other payment methods
- Analyze discrepancies between transactional systems, financial reports, and bank statements
- Use Excel intensively for data cross-checking, value verification, and inconsistency identification
- Produce operational evidence of work performed, including system and report screenshots, and organize files according to defined standards
- Follow internal controls and operational procedures strictly
- Manage high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial or accounting reconciliation
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including:
- PROCV / PROCX / XLOOKUP
- Pivot tables
- Conditional formulas
- Handling and organizing large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and methodical, organized work style
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high volume efficiently
- Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams
- Responsible, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
