This role is part of a fast-paced Customer Experience team within a dynamic fintech environment, focused on delivering high-quality support to clients using digital financial solutions. You will be at the forefront of customer interaction, helping users resolve issues, understand platform functionalities, and maximize the value of financial tools such as payments, billing, invoices, and receivables anticipation. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently in a structured and goal-oriented environment. You will work closely with customers across different channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness in every interaction. Accountabilities:
- Provide customer support through chat, phone, and email, understanding user needs and guiding them on how to best use the platform’s features and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accuracy, ensuring reliable and consistent information is delivered at all times.
- Manage assigned tasks and service goals, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Prioritize incoming requests effectively to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer needs.
- Educate customers on platform functionalities such as payments, invoices, billing, and receivables management.
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all support channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Completed high school education (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
- Comfortable using technology, including computers, spreadsheets, Google tools, and web-based systems.
- Basic understanding of financial topics such as payment methods, billing processes, and receivables anticipation.
- Ability to work in a structured, goal-oriented environment with strong time management skills.
- Nice to have: experience with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
- Nice to have: previous experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services environments.
