This role is central to driving operational effectiveness and enhancing customer experience across the organization's operations. You will collaborate closely with leadership, particularly in Sales and Fulfillment, to identify key challenges and implement data-driven solutions. Your work will be crucial in shaping models, systems, and processes that facilitate sustained performance and scalability, ultimately benefiting our customers and improving their financial resilience.
Accountabilities
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable improvements in conversion, productivity, and revenue while balancing constraints with legal, regulatory, and operational reality.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define and optimize core sales motions, including lead assignment, routing, and capacity planning.
- Own the identification, design, and execution of process and system improvements across Fulfillment to increase operational efficiency.
- Define business requirements and guide the implementation of Sales technology and tooling in collaboration with Product and Technology.
- Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer, sales, and operational experiences to inform strategic decisions.
- Educate and influence stakeholders using data-driven evidence regarding organization-wide metrics and processes.
- Work with other departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, or sales operations with a focus on cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience managing and implementing sales enablement tools and platforms.
- Experience in building data dashboards for various departments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with expertise in Excel and BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
