In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding product management efforts that significantly improve client programs. Your expertise will help in formulating product strategies and streamlining development processes to meet regulatory requirements. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to evaluate business systems and identify opportunities for enhancements. Accountabilities
- Oversee and advise the development of products within the client product portfolio.
- Lead the articulation of client business program objectives and key results for product delivery.
- Guide the identification of relevant performance outcome measures.
- Develop and manage product vision and serve as the authority for acceptance criteria of product features.
- Monitor efforts to establish measurable product performance metrics.
- Enhance stakeholder understanding of product management processes.
- Represent the client Product Management organization in stakeholder interactions.
- Collaborate with vendors and state staff on team assignments.
- Contribute to the Product Manager Community of Practice.
- Assist in resolving obstacles for product delivery teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
- Minimum of 2 years in a lead business analyst role for system solutions.
- Expertise in documenting business processes and workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present strategies to stakeholders.
