As a Data Scientist, you will work on turning large and complex datasets into actionable insights that directly support strategic and operational decisions. You will develop predictive and statistical models that help improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making across multiple business areas. Accountabilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights.
- Develop and implement statistical, predictive, and machine learning models for classification, forecasting, and optimization.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key business and operational metrics.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and translate needs into analytical solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across analytical processes and pipelines.
- Explore and apply new techniques, tools, and AI-driven approaches to improve analytical capabilities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data science applications.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Nice to have: knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment.
- Nice to have: familiarity with LLMs and generative AI applications.
- Nice to have: experience in agile environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
- Experience with use cases such as churn prediction, recommendation systems, or demand forecasting is a plus.
