This role is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship initiatives across multiple channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will design and implement data-driven campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality execution of marketing programs. The position requires technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate cross-functional projects and deliver actionable insights. You will also play a key role in data management, automation, and reporting, helping to drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth. Accountabilities
- Manage an integrated, multichannel CRM operation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Organize and maintain structured, clean, and segmented data
- Develop strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Create and manage complex customer journey campaigns and automations
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and produce regular reports and dashboards
- Structure project management, client meetings, and presentations
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering technical skill development
- Implement agile methodologies for CRM deliverables and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Solid experience in client relationship management and customer-facing roles
- Proven expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (strategy and operations)
- Experience analyzing KPIs, creating dashboards, and presenting results
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese; English is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices
- Ability to drive process improvements and implement creative solutions
