As International Country Lead - Canada, you will play a critical role in helping grow Justworks’ footprint internationally by supporting the International team in operationalizing and running our Canadian business. You will contribute to continuously solidifying our international capabilities and infrastructure as we grow in Canada, facilitating a greater depth of services and operational capacity that enables us to serve a larger population of employees in EOR markets.
You’ll thrive in this role if you love operating in and executing in unchartered territory, and you’re skilled at guiding decision-making with the right amount of resources and information. You have an entrepreneurial gut and a go-getter mindset, you’re highly execution and process oriented, and you have a great skill for building relationships and managing internal and external stakeholders.
