Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to architect, execute, and scale our demand generation engine across both the investor (DTC) and property management (B2B) segments. This role is central to our next phase of growth and requires a strategic, data-driven marketer capable of building full-funnel programs, owning multi-channel paid media, optimizing lifecycle and nurture flows, and driving measurable pipeline impact.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments, is deeply analytical, understands how to build systems that scale, and knows how to turn creative ideas into high-performing growth programs. You will partner closely with Product, RevOps, Sales, and external agencies to accelerate revenue growth and expand Lineage’s national footprint.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with skills and experience
