Overview:
As an audio and video remote Interpreter for Korean with LSA's IRIS platform, you will be a key member of our team in facilitating language communication on a variety of assignments while having the chance to utilize the most advanced technology in the language services industry.
Responsibilities:
·Interpret through web-based system
·Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
·Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary)
·Provide superior customer service
Qualifications/Experience:
·Full fluency in both English and Korean
·Maintain (as applicable) compliance with any national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements
·Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
·Attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment
·Strong oral and written communication skills
·Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of businesses
·Familiarity working in a windows environment (preferred)
·Experience with VRI systems(preferred)
·PC Trouble shooting skills (preferred)
·Previous interpreting experience (preferred)

· All illumination should be artificial (Preferably incandescent light)
