As an AI-First Growth Marketer focused on our self-serve funnel, you’ll own PQL demand end-to-end - from ideation to execution to iteration.
This is a hands-on builder role for someone who uses AI as a core part of how they think, create, and ship. You’ll design and launch experiments across product surfaces and paid channels, often moving from idea → prototype → live test in days, not weeks.
You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS to form clear hypotheses, leverage AI to accelerate learning, and scale what works.
Drive self-serve demand and PQLs through a mix of product-led growth loops and paid demand generation channels (e.g. search, paid social, influencers).
Run high-velocity experiments to drive growth, often using AI to prototype, launch, and iterate on new free products and growth loops.
Level up and scale end-user growth programs such as Job Hoppers and Customer Referrals.
Improve the PLG funnel in close collaboration with Product, using AI-assisted experimentation to optimise every step from website → signup → free → paid.
Previous experience in growth, product, or performance marketing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
Proven track record of driving PQLs and self-serve demand through free and paid channels.
You actively use AI tools (LLMs, agents, automations) as part of your daily workflow — not just for ideation, but for execution.
Curious about how AI changes how growth, product, and marketing should work — and you experiment accordingly.
Strong builder instinct with the ability to rapidly deploy experiments end-to-end.
Exceptional product, UX, and messaging taste; can design and critique user journeys across product surfaces and marketing channels.
Happy to work in a hybrid working arrangement. We aim for 3 days (or more) per week in the office. This role is London based.
Use AI tools to rapidly prototype landing pages, onboarding flows, experiments, and internal tooling.
Leverage LLMs and agents to generate, test, and refine messaging, creative, and growth ideas at high velocity.
Build lightweight automations and workflows to eliminate manual toil in experimentation and reporting.
