About the Role
Motive is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support pipeline and revenue growth through high-impact regional programs across Mexico. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive marketer who excels at execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys partnering closely with Sales to bring field initiatives to life.
You’ll support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and localized marketing programs that engage prospects, educate customers, and strengthen Motive’s presence across key Mexican markets.
What You Will Do
- Support on-site execution of tradeshows, in-person and virtual events, workshops, and customer activations in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager Mexico.
- Manage event logistics to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for attendees and internal teams.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering regional field marketing programs — including pre-event logistics, communication, vendor management, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure programs align with Mexico’s regional goals and sales priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and external vendors to execute localized programs effectively.
- Provide updates, recaps, and coordination support to keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Draft clear program briefs, run-of-show documents, internal updates, and follow-up communications.
- Support the localization of assets and messaging to ensure relevance in the Mexico market.
- Contribute to workflow improvements, documentation, and scalable processes for Motive’s field programs in Mexico.
- Track and report on registration, attendance, leads, MQLs, new and influenced pipeline, and ROI.
- Use insights to help optimize and improve future programs.
- Support budget planning, quotes, invoices, and cost tracking.
- Manage sponsorship agreements with tradeshow organizers.
- Coordinate vendors and agencies for various event logistics, including booth construction, venue selection, catering, signage, swag, transportation, and shipments.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B event execution — ideally in SaaS, logistics, or fast-growing tech.
- Success supporting events or field programs that contribute to pipeline and sales enablement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Tableau, and/or 6sense.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Creative and resourceful problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
- Clear communicator, comfortable drafting briefs, recaps, and stakeholder updates.
- Ability and willingness to travel 40% across Mexico to support regional activations.
- Required to be in the office 3 days per week to collaborate with local teams and support daily operations.
- Fluency in English is required.

Lo Que Harás
- Apoyar la ejecución en sitio de exposiciones y ferias, eventos presenciales y virtuales, talleres y activaciones con clientes en colaboración con el Sr. Marketing Manager de México.
- Gestionar la logística clave del evento para asegurar una experiencia fluida y de alta calidad para asistentes y equipos internos.
- Apoyar la planificación, coordinación y entrega de programas regionales de field marketing — incluyendo logística previa, comunicación, gestión de proveedores y seguimiento posterior al evento.
- Asegurar que los programas estén alineados con los objetivos regionales y prioridades del equipo de Ventas en México.
- Trabajar de la mano con Ventas, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops y proveedores externos para ejecutar programas localizados de manera efectiva.
- Proveer actualizaciones, resúmenes y soporte de coordinación para mantener alineados a todos los equipos involucrados.
- Elaborar briefs de programas, runbooks, actualizaciones internas y comunicaciones de seguimiento.
- Apoyar la localización de activos y mensajes para asegurar relevancia y consistencia en el mercado mexicano.
- Contribuir a mejorar flujos de trabajo, documentación y procesos escalables para impulsar el crecimiento del programa de field marketing en México.
- Dar seguimiento y reportar métricas clave como leads, MQLs, generación de pipeline y pipeline influenciado y ROI.
- Usar insights y datos para optimizar y mejorar eventos y activaciones futuras.
- Apoyar la planificación de presupuesto, cotizaciones, facturas y control de costos.
- Gestionar acuerdos de patrocinio con organizadores de exposiciones y ferias comerciales.
- Coordinar con proveedores y agencias para logística de eventos, incluyendo la construcción de stands, la selección del lugar, el catering, la señalización, los obsequios, el transporte y los envíos.
Lo Que Buscamos
- 2–3+ años de experiencia en field marketing, demand generation o eventos B2B — idealmente en SaaS, logística o empresas tecnológicas de rápido crecimiento.
- Experiencia demostrada apoyando eventos o programas que contribuyen al crecimiento de pipeline y habilitación de ventas.
- Conocimiento de herramientas como Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Tableau y/o 6sense.
- Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos y organización, con capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades y fechas límite.
- Persona creativa, resolutiva y con alto sentido de responsabilidad y ejecución.
- Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal, cómoda creando briefs, reportes y actualizaciones.
- Requisito de asistir a la oficina 3 días por semana para colaborar con equipos locales y apoyar operaciones diarias.
- Disponibilidad para viajar 40% dentro de México para apoyar activaciones regionales.
- Se requiere fluidez en inglés.
