We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant (f/m/d) on a fixed-term basis for up to 12 months to support our Universal Pictures International Germany team based in Frankfurt am Main. In this part-time position you will work closely with our Marketing and Publicity teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support of our marketing campaigns in a broad variety of tasks in publicity, budgeting, media campaign planning, creative adaptations and influencer marketing
- Support and execution of briefing and handling of a variety of marketing and PR agencies
- Planning and execution of select events like fan screenings
- Communication with Head Office in LA and London
- Reporting (e.g. Filmmaker presentations or post campaign analysis)
- Administrative support of Marketing and Publicity Managers (purchase orders, invoice tracking, stock management, and more)
- Support at Film Premieres (on the ground runner, responsible for a broad variety of event-specific activities)
- First professional experience in a marketing, publicity or communications role, ideally in an international enterprise environment
- You are a true team player with a confident demeanor, an independent and reliable work style, and the ability to stay organized even in stressful situations
- You are able to communicate openly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- You have strong fluent communication skills in both English and German, spoken and written, and feel confident using both languages in a professional setting
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Last but definitely not least: You have a deep love and passion for film and cinema!
