We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to be at the center of our product and go-to-market execution. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to define portfolio-level narrative and messaging, lead product launches, and ensure our products resonate with enterprise, mid-market, and practitioner audiences.
This role is ideal for a senior product marketer who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is motivated by shipping work that directly supports revenue, adoption, and how NetBox Labs shows up in the market.
Define and evolve NetBox Labs’ core product and portfolio narrative as the company scales and expands into multiple products
Establish clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products, audiences, and use cases
Translate technical capabilities into buyer-specific narratives for different buying centers, balancing depth with clarity
Ensure consistent storytelling across the website, product launches, sales motions, and external communications
Lead product launch strategy and execution, including launch frameworks, readiness, and success metrics
Partner with Sales on enablement including persona development, talk tracks, objection handling, proof points, and competitive battlecards
Collaborate with Marketing on analyst relations and broader go-to-market initiatives
Deliver ongoing competitive and market intelligence to inform product and GTM strategy
Establish product marketing frameworks, processes, and best practices from the ground up
8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles in enterprise technology sector with 3+ years of experience in high-growth startup environments
Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS products in complex technical domains such as Networking and Infrastructure, Security or Observability
Strong experience with sales-led enterprise and mid-market go-to-market motions
Strong written and verbal communication and influence skills. Exceptional ability to create buyer- and executive-level messaging grounded in technical products
Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
Experience marketing open-source–based commercial software
Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) motions
Prior experience building or scaling a product marketing function
