- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi‑Fi networks across offices and datacenters.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
- Investigate and resolve IT incidents reported by users, ensuring reliable service delivery.
- Follow corporate security policies and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
- Assist in IT infrastructure projects, documentation, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Collaborate with your Team Lead, peers, cross‑functional teams, and external vendors when needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience in network/system administration in a corporate environment.
- Practical knowledge of routing, switching, Wi‑Fi networks and firewalls.
- Experience with VPN solutions or ZTNA.
- VMware or alternative vendor virtualisation experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) – networking/security fundamentals are enough.
- Good understanding of DNS, user/role‑based access control, and general IT security practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with global teams.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
