- Work closely with the Product Team Leader and Product Managers to define the product vision and goals.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product/feature use case scenarios for demos.
- Organize and manage demo preparations, including use case definitions, configurations, and environment setup.
- Prepare and maintain the backlog of user stories and related functionality, and facilitate backlog refinement meetings.
- Work closely with R&D on preparation and planning of initiatives for upcoming development cycles.
- Communicate and clarify feature requirements across teams.
- Prioritize functional items, non-functional items, and defects.
- Partner with the Scrum Master to deliver high-quality solutions in an iterative, agile environment.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and represent the Product team.
- Collaborate with Product, Front-End, and Release teams to ensure proper feature activation.
- Perform product acceptance testing for delivered functionality streams.
- Work with the Technical Writer to document functionality in release notes and manuals.
- Collaborate with licensees to ensure successful implementation of new functionalities.
- Partner with the Design team to create the best possible user experience.
- Stay up to date with market and industry trends and conduct competitive gap analyses.

- Possess at least 1 year of experience as a Software Product Owner or Software Project Manager.
- Have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrate experience in influencing and coordinating stakeholders across various backgrounds and seniority levels.
- Can effectively translate business requirements and user stories into clear deliverables and communicate them to technical teams.
- Possess a conversational level of English.
