- Own the full product lifecycle for evolving IMS reporting tools, from ideation and strategy to launch and feedback from production.
- Maintain a clear, organized backlog; define, refine, and prioritize development items.
- Coordinate with project managers, developer team leads and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Take ownership of production issues, driving resolution and long-term improvements.
- Analyze software requirements and define development items based on business needs.
- Act as the primary contact for reporting tools, presenting product overviews and strategic direction to internal teams and client companies.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences.
- Bring at least two years of experience in a technical or product related role (Product Owner, Business/System Analyst).
- Possess hands-on experience in software product development, agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Are technically fluent and understand how reporting platforms, SQL, and REST APIs work
- Feel comfortable conducting software analysis.
- Communicate clearly and organize own and others' work efficiently.
- Speak and write English confidently; Estonian is an advantage.
- Approach challenges with analytical mindset, openness to new ideas, and a collaborative spirit

PLAYTECH'S IMS UNIT
The IMS team provides enterprise‑level access to critical data across Playtech’s ecosystem. The unit is responsible for delivering reliable, scalable access to data across Playtech’s platforms. The team designs and maintains flexible reporting solutions while enabling downstream data consumption by licensees, internal data warehouses, and regulatory systems. The role operates at the intersection of data engineering and compliance, addressing complex and evolving regulatory requirements across different markets and countries.
