About Vantive Technology
Vantive Technology (aka “Vantive”) is a pre-seed start-up under Red Cell Partners’, and we are looking for highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team at the foundational level.
Vantive is a scenario planning and course of action engine for 21st-century supply chains. It integrates seamlessly with existing systems (e.g. ERPs, PLMs, and MES), enabling predictive modeling across tiers, geographies, and time horizons.
Our platform goes beyond visibility, simulating degradation; quantifying tradeoffs for cost, time, and mission impact; and generating actionable plans aligned with users’ objectives. Where others stop at visibility, Vantive delivers the optionality to anticipate, model, and act before disruptions cascade.
Go-to-market (GTM) Lead, Supply Chain Solutions
We are seeking a founding Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead who combines deep supply chain and solutions expertise with strong customer development and sales instincts. This role owns the front end of Vantive’s commercial motion, from early pipeline generation through pilot-to-paid conversion and the establishment of a repeatable customer acquisition motion.
You are fluent in supply chain taxonomy, provenance, and scenario planning, and equally comfortable engaging customers early, shaping use cases, and translating technical capability into compelling, outcome-driven narratives.
This role sits at the intersection of product, customer, and revenue. You will help define how industrial complexity becomes actionable models, and how those models convert into customer adoption, design partnerships, and a scalable commercial motion.
You – alongside Vantive’s CEO and Head of Product & Engineering – will engage directly with prospects, customers, and partners to ensure Vantive is building and selling the right capabilities and staying ahead of its competitors.

Our Benefits
Compensation: $145,000-$175,000 base salary + commission. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
