The Reddit Ads team is poised to innovate and grow rapidly like never before. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team that will shape how we monetize the Reddit platform and help connect Redditors with brands they love.
The Recommendations team builds automated advertising products that drive performance across the full funnel. Our goal is to abstract complexity for advertisers—allowing them to bring budget and creative, while our systems handle targeting, bidding, delivery, and optimization. In parallel, we equip advertisers and Reddit’s sales team with transparent controls, insights, and measurement to confidently optimize campaigns, whether the objective is upper-funnel reach and frequency or lower-funnel outcomes like ROAS, app installs, and purchases.
Role description:
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and own our Ad Recommendations & Optimization Score (Opti-Score) charter—one of the most impactful growth areas within Reddit Ads. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how advertisers discover and act on recommendations that improve campaign performance across the full funnel.
Partnering closely with Ads platform teams (including Ads Manager, Signals, Targeting, Retrieval, Reporting, and Optimization), you will build scalable recommendation and scoring products that help both brand and performance advertisers drive reach, efficiency, and ROAS.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact products that create measurable value for advertisers while supporting a high-quality user experience on Reddit
In this role, you will have significant ownership and responsibility in shaping Reddit’s overall ads automation and monetization strategy.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
