Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will support the brand’s daily creative needs across brand, retail, digital, and marketing channels, with a strong focus on execution, consistency, and visual storytelling. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with 2–3 years of professional experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing polished, production-ready creative. You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners to translate creative direction into cohesive, premium, on-brand assets.
Key Responsibilities
Design assets across digital and print channels, including social media, email, web graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and packaging support as needed
Execute creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
Translate creative briefs, direction, and feedback into polished, production-ready designs
Support campaign launches, product launches, and evergreen initiatives with strong attention to detail and quick turnaround
Adapt and optimize creative for different formats and placements while maintaining visual quality
Support retail marketing needs, including POS materials, signage, displays, and promotional assets
Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate production specifications
Assist with seasonal and retailer-specific creative adaptations while maintaining brand standards
Ensure all retail and brand assets align consistently with brand guidelines and visual systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Manage multiple projects and timelines while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Participate in creative reviews and implement feedback efficiently without losing creative intent
Support handoffs, approvals, and versioning across teams
Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries
Follow strong file naming, version control, and archival practices
Support resizing, exporting, and light production needs for daily creative output
Qualifications
2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or CPG environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-focused design, layout, typography, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, and color
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and consistently deliver clean final outputs
Strong collaboration, ownership, and follow-through in a high-feedback environment
