We are currently looking for Senior/Lead Product Marketing Manager (Acquisition & Monetization) to join MaxBeauty.

In the future, this role includes the potential to grow into a Lead of Marketing Creatives / Funnel Lead and above, expand your area of responsibility, and build a team — depending on your results and impact on the business.
This role is not about “creative ad banners,” but rather about:
Systematic ideation and testing of hypotheses тестування гіпотез
Discovering and scaling successful concepts
Direct impact on the creative strategy — and on the company’s business results
In this role you will:
Be the owner of performance creatives and act as the main driver of experiments within our paid channels (focus on Meta as a starting point, with TikTok and Google to be followed
Formulate and develop the creative strategy together with PMM and UAM
Generate, prioritize, and launch creative hypotheses — with a focus on scaling the most successful concepts in terms of CAC, ROI and volumes
Enhance our “test & scale framework”: insight → concept → production → analysis → scaling
Work closely with UGC creators and designers: briefs, storyboards, feedback, and quality control
Analyze creative performance, identify patterns, and turn them into insights for the next iterations
Develop and scale proven creative concepts rather than just “chase new ideas and make creative volumes”
Make key decisions based on user behavior analysis, marketing and product metrics — and take ownership of the results
What is important for us:
Ideally, 3+ years of experience in performance marketing in creative marketing / user acquisition / growth in B2C products (experience in FMCG, marketing agencies, or BIG-4/IB will be a plus)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads as the main channel, with proven cases and successful results
Strong understanding of how creatives impact audience quality and performance of both top- and bottom-of-funnel through metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA/CAC, LTV)
Understanding of the “full funnel” scalability and consistency (audience creative funnel product)
High level of curiosity and a strong desire to explore and deeply understand our users’ jobs, pains, and gains
Ability to clearly articulate ideas, defend your POV with strong arguments, and desire to make independent decisions
Creativity and the ability to generate hypotheses based on competitive analysis, personal insights, and business priorities
Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of uncertainty
Results-oriented mindset and readiness to take ownership not only of the process, but first and foremost of outcomes
English Upper-Intermediate+

Experience in launching new funnels/growth directions and scaling of audiences
Experience with analytics and design tools, as well as AI products (Tableau/Looker, Figma, Midjourney, NanoBanana, etc.)
