About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Defense Director, we are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Bid & Project Manager (3–5 years of experience) to support defense programs and high-stakes projects.
The role combines bid preparation and operational project execution, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and compliance with contractual commitments. You will work closely with technical teams and the Defense market leadership, particularly on strategic positioning and go-to-market activities.

Our teams deliver high-value projects such as tactical data links, counter-UAS systems, maritime surveillance, simulation and training, and air security. Through our expertise and involvement in international programs, we actively contribute to the protection of territories.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Management & Tendering :
- Contribute to the preparation of responses to calls for tenders (RFQ, RFP, ITT) in the defense sector
- Structure and manage bid schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, operations)
- Support offer consolidation (technical content, schedule, costs, risks)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and confidentiality requirements
- Prepare materials for internal bid reviews
Project Management & Delivery :
- Support the operational management of projects (schedule, budget, quality, risks, deliverables)
- Track actions, deliverables, and contractual commitments
- Contribute to project risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning
- Produce and maintain project reporting for internal stakeholders and customers
- Coordinate internal teams under the supervision of a senior Project or Program Manager
- Monitor invoicing, margins, and financial forecasts
Education & Experience
- University degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and/or bid management
- Initial experience in a regulated environment (defense, aerospace, security, transportation, energy, etc.) is a plus
Key Skills
- Strong structuring, organizational, and follow-up skills
- High level of rigor in contract and documentation management
- Ability to operate in complex, highly regulated environments
- Strong cross-functional coordination capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French and English (bilingual required)
Assets
- CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, ITIL certifications (a plus)
- Eligibility for, or existing, security clearance
- Strong interest in complex technical programs and the defense sector
