In this position, you will join our Marketing team as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager focused on paid social channels like Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms like TikTok.
You’ll be working alongside highly motivated, top-performing peers who are constantly pushing boundaries of what’s possible with paid ads. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, try new and bold new, and skip the red tape that slows most teams down. With endless opportunities to learn and grow, this role is the perfect place to sharpen your craft while making a real impact at scale.
Managing day-to-day performance of paid social channels, launching experiments, optimizing conversion rates, providing feedback on creatives, and constantly learning. We move very fast and prefer doing > talking.

5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly ad budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.

Hands-on experience with workflow automation and no-code solutions to automate manual and repetitive work.
Strong balance of analytical and creative skills: adept at data-driven decision-making while excelling in ad copywriting and creative feedback.
Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
Channel knowledge beyond paid social (Reddit, YouTube, and Paid Search) and an awareness of how they fit together in the funnel.
Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
Self-starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast-moving environments where doing > talking.
Curious and passionate about testing the boundaries of what’s possible with ads, constantly learning and experimenting with new approaches.
