We’re hiring a Credit Analyst to support the growth and risk management of Tilt’s India lending business, NIRA Finance. This role focuses on shaping credit policy, analyzing portfolio performance, and partnering with data science and technology teams to enable scalable, data-driven lending decisions.
This is a high-impact role with strong ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to influence how credit decisions are made at scale in a fast-growing fintech environment.
Develop and refine credit policies to support business growth and risk objectives.
Analyze portfolio performance and generate actionable insights through data.
Partner with Data Science, Technology, and Product teams to translate insights into execution.
Monitor risk metrics and benchmark performance against industry standards.
Collaborate with NIRA leadership and external lending partners to drive responsible lending outcomes.
Share learnings and best practices with global credit and data teams.
4+ years of experience in credit risk, data analytics, or unsecured lending (India experience preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (required), Python, and Excel.
Experience working with credit policies, risk frameworks, and portfolio monitoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
