Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Community Success Assistant to help manage our student community inside Circle. This role supports daily community operations, member engagement, event coordination, and platform organization to ensure a smooth, positive member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management (Circle)
- Monitor the platform daily and respond to DMs
- Clean up posts (formatting, tags, categories, links)
- Engage with member and welcome posts
- Upload call recordings within 24 hours
- Manage member profiles, tags, permissions, and spaces
- Support women-only groups by removing ineligible members
Event Support
- Post reminders for coaching calls and events
- Confirm Zoom links, schedules, and banners
- Track RSVPs and attendance
- Assist with event recaps and weekly event checks
Community & Admin Support
- Engage with member posts and support new member workflows
- Post scheduled community announcements and content
- Assist with inbox (Hello@), Slack messages, and internal tasks
- Update Zoom assets, email signatures, and team materials
- Support gifting SOPs and basic scheduling via Aloware
Requirements
- Strong English writing skills (warm, clear, professional)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Experience as a VA, admin, or community manager is a plus
Tools (Preferred)
- Circle, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Aloware, Canva
- (CRM or project tools like Asana or HubSpot are a bonus)
Work Expectations
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Responsive during U.S. business hours (EST preferred)
- Able to check Circle throughout the day
- 24-hour turnaround for all call recording uploads
