Overview

The Analytics Specialist is core part of Welo Data’s analytics team, responsible for using data to deliver high-quality, value-added insights that inform business decisions across the organization. This role works both proactively and reactively to produce high-impact data analyses and actionable reporting, engaging closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to translate their requirements into technical specifications, and collaborating with our Data Engineering team as needed. With a strong foundation in SQL, PowerBI, and familiarity with ETL processes, the Analytics Specialist ensures the accuracy and consistency of data outputs while driving business intelligence initiatives that support key decision-making processes.
