Our Digital Product team is the engine room of our customer experience. As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will sit right at the intersection of brand merchandising and performance marketing.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager - Acquisition, you’ll be the operational heart of Whogivesacrap.org. Your mission is to curate the on-site journey, ensuring every touchpoint—from the homepage to the checkout—is optimised for conversion while maintaining our world-class brand standards.
You’ll own the end-to-end deployment of site content. Whether it’s a major product launch, a global promotional campaign, or day-to-day site maintenance, you’ll be the master of the Shopify CMS, ensuring our digital storefront looks and performs perfectly.
You’ll partner closely with our Growth and Retention Marketing teams to build and maintain high-performing landing pages. You’ll take the lead on iterative updates, leveraging core functionality and governance guidelines to turn traffic into happy customers.
While our Senior PM leads the broader A/B testing program, you’ll be the one feeding the backlog with data-backed hypotheses. You’ll be hands-on with testing CTA copy, imagery, and layout changes to see what truly resonates with our community.
Accuracy is everything. You’ll ensure all site content is consistent and adheres to our brand and regulatory guidelines across all devices. You’ll also keep a close eye on key performance metrics like CVR and AOV to identify new optimisation opportunities.
You’re a self starter who moves work forward with minimal direction. You love bringing structure to ambiguity and are constantly looking for ways to refine workflows as the business evolves.
You’re familiar with Shopify: You are comfortable working in Shopify's CMS at high velocity and high accuracy. You understand how to work within governance frameworks to maintain site quality.
You’re Detail-Oriented: You have an almost "obsessive" attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution every time you hit 'publish'.
You’re Growth-Minded: You embrace experimentation and aren't afraid to "fail fast" if it means learning how to improve performance.
You’re a Curious Thinker: You love digging into the data to understand the "why" behind customer behavior.
You’re a Great Collaborator: You know how to manage stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, and Brand teams to keep everyone aligned.
1–3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or merchandising.
Proven success working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
