Role: Marketing Automation Specialist
Location: Remote from Anywhere in LATAM
Hours: 10am – 7pm EST (some flexibility required)
Compensation: $2,000 / month
Our client is a fast-growing coaching, education, and events company running multiple marketing initiatives across different audiences and offers. The company is focused on scalable growth, clean execution, and leveraging systems to move fast without breaking.
Marketing velocity is critical — campaigns must be designed, launched, monitored, and improved continuously.
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns using automation systems as leverage. This role is marketing-first. Automation exists to support intelligent segmentation, lead-quality routing, and multi-path messaging — not just to “send emails.” You will own campaigns from concept to launch to live monitoring, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
You will design and launch marketing campaigns from start to finish, translating business initiatives into structured funnels and sequences.
You will segment audiences based on lead quality, source, and engagement, and ensure different groups receive the right messaging at the right time.
You will build and manage campaigns inside GoHighLevel, including email and SMS sequences, tagging, triggers, and conditional logic.
You will actively monitor live campaigns to ensure messages are sending correctly, links and timing are accurate, and issues are identified early.
You will use automation systems to support campaign execution, troubleshoot problems when they arise, and help document repeatable campaign structures as the business grows.
We are looking for someone solid and practical — not perfect.
What You Must Have
Hands-on experience running marketing campaigns using a CRM (GoHighLevel or similar)
Experience designing and launching campaigns from start to finish
A good working understanding of funnels, lead stages, and audience segmentation
Comfort using basic tags, triggers, and conditions to route leads and messages
Ability to spot issues and troubleshoot when campaigns don’t behave as expected
Interest in growth — learning new tools, improving systems, and taking on more responsibility over time
Note: You do not need to be an advanced automation engineer. You do need to care about clean execution and improving results.
We value how you work as much as what you know.
You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once. You communicate clearly, flag issues early, and stay calm in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with event-based marketing
Familiarity with Meta ad funnels
Experience with ClickUp, Airtable, or Google Sheets
Experience with FlowChat (flowchat.com)
