The Marketing Assistant is responsible for ensuring all marketing campaigns are executed with high quality, accuracy, and timeliness, aligned with the marketing plan objectives. This role requires a foundational understanding of digital marketing and the organization's key "always-on" channels and tools, including:
• Email marketing
• Web content updates
• Social media
• Webinars
• CRM/HubSpot
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience working with CMS platforms (preferably WordPress). Strong understanding of content marketing (social media, blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills. Project management experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong team player capable of collaborating with cross‑functional teams to execute campaigns. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
