Meet Kineto, one of the key teams at JetBrains developing innovative AI products. Our team works on Kineto, the GenAI platform for web apps and website creation. This new product is designed to engage and inspire the next generation of developers who may create new products and services with no code.
About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the Kineto team and execute marketing initiatives for our new platform for app generation.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to execute and develop creative and effective strategies to win the audience and significantly grow the market share.
Because the market is extremely competitive and requires smart moves, creative thinking, and bold marketing strategies, this is an exciting challenge.
You’ll have a direct impact on one of JetBrains’ most important strategic initiatives. As this is a high-priority project, you’ll have access to extensive resources and the opportunity to experiment with bold, innovative ideas. You’ll work on a product in one of the fastest-evolving markets right now, anchored in tangible product-related goals.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute and help develop effective marketing strategies for Kineto based on business goals and targets.
- Build and maintain sustainable marketing processes and operations between teams.
- Create and manage the content and release calendars, and manage the support of organic channels and marketing campaigns.
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns of different complexity, including creative, influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, paid marketing campaigns, and more.
- Expand and help retain the community of our products, developing and executing ideas to keep the community interested.
- Define and fine-tune market positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across JetBrains channels and products.
- Oversee and develop all external product communication for creators
- Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights, including product, marketing, and media metrics.
- Build and strengthen relationships with partners, contributors, and the developer community through close collaboration with other PMMs to drive advocacy and loyalty.
- Manage marketing budget allocation and track expenses.
- Keep high standards for all types of product communication to ensure best-in-class marketing.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:
- Proven experience in marketing and/or product marketing in the software development, AI, or tech industries with consumer facing products.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, from positioning to campaign execution, leading to measurable outcomes.
- Good experience in content marketing, including the creation and distribution of product-specific content.
- A strong understanding of the developer community and AI tooling.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time, prioritizing what’s most important.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for and true interest in marketing and AI technologies, with the readiness to experiment and bring new ideas and processes to the team.
- Experience in launching new markets or new products from scratch would be a plus
- Experience in working with startups will be also a plus
We’d be especially thrilled if you have:
- Proven experience in brand marketing or brand management.
- Active first-hand knowledge of different AI tools.
