This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Ads Campaign Coordinator based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to build hands-on expertise in digital advertising and paid media within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You will support the execution and optimization of integrated campaigns across major advertising and programmatic platforms.
Your work will directly contribute to accurate campaign launches, strong delivery, measurable performance, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with paid media specialists, creative teams, publishers, and external media partners.
The position combines campaign operations, data analysis, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and performance reporting.
It is well suited to an organized and analytical professional who enjoys working with data and learning how advertising platforms operate.
You will also have opportunities to develop technical expertise while staying current with evolving digital media and AI-powered technologies.
Accountabilities:
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Support direct publisher partnerships and other integrated paid media initiatives, coordinating campaign requirements and execution details.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure delivery remains aligned with approved budgets, timelines, audiences, media plans, and KPIs.
- Implement ongoing optimizations across bids, budgets, audiences, placements, inventory, creative, and frequency to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-launch quality assurance, checking targeting, budgets, creative assets, tracking, URLs, and campaign settings.
- Identify delivery, tracking, and performance issues, collaborating with senior team members and platform partners to investigate and resolve problems.
- Support trafficking, tracking, QA, Floodlights, and reporting activities within Campaign Manager 360.
- Coordinate with external programmatic teams and media partners on campaign launches, creative trafficking, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Collect, organize, and analyze campaign performance data across advertising platforms and reporting tools.
- Develop clear campaign insights that explain performance trends, their business relevance, and recommended optimizations or next steps.
- Contribute to recurring campaign reports and internal or client-facing deliverables.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, optimization logs, naming conventions, and other operational processes.
- Build a strong understanding of campaign objectives, target audiences, media plans, and KPIs to ensure daily execution supports broader strategy.
- Stay informed about advertising platform developments, industry best practices, emerging technologies, and changes across the digital media landscape.
- Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, performance media, media planning or buying, or ad operations, preferably in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with one or more digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or a programmatic DSP.
- Solid understanding of campaign setup, targeting, creative trafficking, pacing, optimization, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical abilities, with an interest in using campaign data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to translate campaign performance into concise, actionable insights.
- Ability to use AI and emerging technologies appropriately to improve efficiency, quality, and impact while staying informed about evolving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to campaign accuracy and quality assurance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive and investigative approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to ask questions, troubleshoot issues, and learn new platforms and processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external media partners.
- Experience with Campaign Manager 360, including trafficking, tracking ads, click trackers, Floodlights, or campaign QA, is preferred.
- Experience with Google Ads, including paid search and YouTube campaigns, is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic advertising, DSPs, audience targeting, inventory, frequency, and brand safety is advantageous.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Supermetrics, or comparable analytics and reporting tools is beneficial.
- Experience with B2B campaigns, senior business audiences, direct publisher partnerships, integrated media planning, or account-based marketing is a plus.
- Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
