As a FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging finance and operational management to drive business growth and efficiency. You will lead budget and forecast cycles, analyze variances, and develop financial models that provide actionable insights for decision-making. The role combines financial planning with operational excellence, including process mapping, KPI monitoring, and scenario simulation to support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear recommendations, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position offers a dynamic environment where analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and collaborative problem-solving are highly valued. Accountabilities:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring projections align with operational realities and long-term goals
- Diagnose variances between actual results and budget, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions
- Maintain dynamic financial models for short- and medium-term visibility on margins and cash flow
- Conduct feasibility studies and profitability analyses for new initiatives, supporting informed decision-making
- Map critical workflows to eliminate redundancies, reduce operational costs, and optimize processes
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs that directly correlate with financial performance
- Simulate scenarios to test business model resilience and provide actionable risk mitigation recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models from scratch, logical formulas, and pivot tables
- Strong ability to create presentations in PowerPoint or Slides that tell a clear, solution-focused story
- Experience with BI tools or SQL for data analysis and extracting insights independently
- Experience in fast-growing companies or financial/service environments
- Desirable: Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global market references
