You will act as the bridge between education-sector clients, implementation teams, and software development.
The role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, and data migration activities.
You will translate real-world client processes into effective software configurations and reliable implementations.
Your work will help ensure accurate data, smooth transitions, and solutions aligned with each client's operational needs.
You will collaborate with technical and business teams while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Occasional client visits may be required to validate specific processes and ensure successful adoption.
Accountabilities
- Understand clients' day-to-day education operations, workflows, routines, and business needs to identify the requirements necessary for effective software implementation.
- Analyze the systems currently used by clients, documenting requirements for configuration and planning the migration of accurate and relevant information into the new platform.
- Configure the software based on gathered requirements, ensuring that system functionality is aligned with the client's operational processes.
- Develop an understanding of competing and legacy solutions, including their data structures, to support predictable, organized, and accurate migration processes.
- Identify situations requiring technical customization, open the appropriate development requests, and follow their progress with software engineering teams.
- Provide the implementation and migration teams with relevant technical and business information to ensure projects progress smoothly and predictably.
- Support the validation and testing of specific workflows, including occasional technical visits to client locations when required.
- Manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining organization, accuracy, communication, and delivery quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Higher education completed or in progress in Technology, such as Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, or a related field; degrees or studies focused on Education or business domains are also relevant.
- Previous professional experience with education-sector business processes and operations is required.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage several activities and priorities at the same time.
- Proactive attitude, clear communication, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail, particularly when working with data, system configurations, and migration requirements.
- Ability to understand client processes, translate business needs into system requirements, and communicate technical information clearly.
- Willingness and availability to travel occasionally for technical visits and process validation.
- Commitment to accuracy, accountability, continuous learning, and delivering reliable implementation outcomes.
