This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Client Success. As a critical member of the Client Success Department, this role drives revenue growth and client retention by managing a team dedicated to creating impactful relationships. The Manager will ensure clients maximize their use of services while implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction. You will play a vital role in shaping the client's journey and ensuring the success of high-value accounts, which is essential for sustaining the organization’s growth and reputation.
Accountabilities
- Lead the Client Success team to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Track and report on recurring revenue goals and client engagement metrics.
- Implement processes to improve client retention and promote software usage.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues.
- Build and nurture high-level client relationships to ensure product effectiveness.
- Conduct proactive outreach to educate clients on product updates.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase revenue.
- Monitor client engagement to preemptively address churn risks.
- Oversee client contract renewals in collaboration with executive leadership.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- 6-8+ years in Client Success or Account Management roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Management experience with demonstrated success in leading teams.
- Familiarity with account segmentation and KPI measurement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-oriented mindset.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proven record of troubleshooting client concerns effectively.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing Client Success processes.
- Ability to establish and meet team objectives.
