In this pivotal role, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing customer success and nurturing strategic client relationships. Accountabilities
- Manage and develop a team of 3-4 Corporate Account Managers.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support team development and address challenges.
- Set performance expectations and hold team accountable to metrics.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Analyze team performance data and identify improvement areas.
- Provide strategic support on complex client negotiations and renewals.
- Escalate issues and feedback related to account health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 6+ years in B2B customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS.
- 2+ years of people management experience or demonstrated leadership readiness.
- Proven ability to exceed retention and growth targets.
- Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and coach team members.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse interactions and presentations.
- Consultative selling skills to understand and align with client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM solutions, especially Salesforce, and data analysis.
- Technical aptitude and capacity to quickly learn new account management concepts.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid settings.
