This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Content Strategist - REMOTE. This role plays a critical part in leading end-to-end content strategy and creative oversight, optimizing performance across both paid and organic social channels. As a vital collaborator, you will oversee multiple creative agencies to ensure that all content is aligned with brand objectives, high quality, and has a measurable impact. Your expertise will bridge the gap between strategic goals and creative execution, ensuring that each campaign is effectively managed. This position requires a blend of creative judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance insights.
Accountabilities
- Act as the day-to-day strategic lead across multiple creative and production agencies.
- Serve as the primary bridge between brand objectives and creative execution.
- Establish and manage clear ways of working, roles, and accountability across agency partners.
- Manage up to 5 concurrent campaigns at a time, maintaining prioritization and quality.
- Translate brand and business goals into campaign frameworks and success metrics.
- Build end-to-end creative briefs for campaign-based content across channels.
- Lead creative development and review across various formats and platforms.
- Analyze performance using reporting tools and optimize content based on insights.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in content strategy, social strategy, or creative strategy.
- Proven experience leading social-first, performance-aware content.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Experience managing multiple agencies and creative ecosystems.
- Fluency in full-funnel content strategy and performance optimization.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing concurrent workstreams.
- Strong client presence with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools to inform strategies.
