About the role
At MYOB, we’re passionate about building products that make business life easier, and Solo is at the heart of that mission. As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape the future of how this product shows up in the world. You’ll dive deep into customer and market insights, champion the voice of our users, and craft clear, meaningful positioning that celebrates what makes Solo unique.
Working closely with teams across MYOB, you’ll bring new features and releases to life through thoughtful go‑to‑market strategies that drive real impact for our customers. What will keep you busy...
- Turn customer, competitor and industry insights into purposeful product positioning
- Shape messaging and storytelling that resonates with Solo by MYOB customers and partners
- Lead go‑to‑market plans for product enhancements and launches, ensuring smooth delivery across teams to drive product or feature adoption
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Partnerships and Support to champion a unified customer experience
- Analyse market movements and help find new opportunities that support Solo’s growth
- Segment customers and define target personas to guide decision‑making and campaign strategy
- Contribute to crafting compelling campaigns and offers that helps more customers discover Solo to grow our customer base
What we'd love to see from you...
- Experience in Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech‑enabled businesses
- A track record of turning insights into messaging and strategies that get results
- Confident owning go‑to‑market strategies and collaborating across functions
- Strong analytical skills and ease working with data to guide decisions
- Excellent storytelling skills — able to make the complex simple, and the simple compelling
- Comfortable influencing without authority and building strong relationships
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where curiosity and authenticity matter
