Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a Website Engineer (f/m/d). We’re looking for someone to take clear technical ownership of our website and help scale it into a high-performing, reliable, and extensible platform. You’ll build new pages and components, own the site’s infrastructure and monitoring, and ensure strong performance, tracking, and SEO foundations. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, modern web technologies, and building systems that scale.
Your responsibilities
Own the technical implementation and ongoing development of the company website and act as the sole technical owner for website delivery and maintenance
Build and maintain new pages, components, and capabilities across the site using modern frameworks
Scale and maintain website infrastructure, including performance, health checks, monitoring, and reliability
Manage CMS-driven content and technical SEO in collaboration with stakeholders
Leverage AI-assisted development where relevant to improve speed and quality
About you
Experience owning and building production websites using Next.js and React
Experience with monitoring, debugging, and production reliability (e.g. Datadog, Docker)
Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices
Comfortable taking full technical ownership and ramping quickly in an existing stack
Experience with a CMS (we use Prismic) a plus!
In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:
Adaptable Builder - You move quickly from concept to execution, building high-quality web components and pages with modern frameworks. You’re comfortable iterating rapidly and balancing speed with code quality in dynamic environments.
Technical Owner - You take full ownership of technical systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. You proactively solve problems, manage infrastructure, and drive improvements with autonomy and accountability.
Detail Oriented Executor - You bring precision to everything you ship—whether it’s implementing tracking, refining performance, or managing SEO. You care about the small things that make a big difference in user experience and business results.
Collaborative Partner - You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, EPD) to align technical delivery with broader goals. You’re open, communicative, and proactive in making the website a shared success.
Curious Improver - You actively seek out new tools, technologies, and techniques—like AI-assisted development—to enhance your workflow. You stay curious and continuously push for smarter, faster, and better ways to build.
