This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for our B2B SaaS solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will align marketing efforts with business goals, analyze campaign performance, and ensure the best possible ROI. Your expertise in demand generation will play a crucial role in supporting our global expansion and enhancing customer engagement.
Accountabilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (ABM, SEM, Social Ads, Webinars) for target markets including North America and Europe.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and regional GTM strategies.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM platforms for tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts in priority regions.
- Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in technology or platform-led products.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting including funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC) and campaign ROI.
- Working knowledge of web analytics (GA4, UTM tracking, conversion events, landing page optimization).
- Ability to run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, messaging, and nurture flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
