In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving the evolution of marketing performance analytics. By owning end-to-end analytics and ensuring data integrity, you will provide clear visibility into campaign effectiveness and return on investment. This position is critical not only for building robust data infrastructure but also for promoting data-driven decision-making within the organization. You will translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that will significantly influence and drive growth.
Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end performance measurement across marketing channels, ensuring measurement integrity through standardized tracking.
- Design, implement, and evolve scalable marketing analytics and reporting frameworks.
- Synthesize campaign, user, and channel-level data from multiple platforms to generate actionable insights.
- Translate complex analyses into clear data-driven strategic recommendations for marketing leadership.
- Lead advanced measurement initiatives to evaluate channel effectiveness and inform marketing strategies.
- Partner with data and technology teams to enhance analytics and reporting automation.
- Develop and standardize dashboards to improve insights accuracy and timeliness.
- Champion analytics automation and innovation to streamline data pipelines and enhance performance visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree & 5+ years' directly related experience.
- Experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a related analytical function.
- Advanced proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using SQL and advanced Excel.
- Expertise in marketing measurement and digital tracking frameworks.
- Strong background in experimental design and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with FP&A on marketing financial models.
