This role is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple channels to generate demand and accelerate business growth. You will own the end-to-end planning, optimization, and measurement of digital advertising programs while working closely with cross-functional marketing, product, and partner teams. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and emerging technologies to maximize ROI and pipeline impact. You will manage internal and external resources, including agency partnerships, to scale campaigns effectively. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and strong collaboration skills to translate marketing objectives into actionable programs. Accountabilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with business objectives and campaign goals
- Plan and manage channel mix across social, search, display, and programmatic platforms
- Manage paid media campaigns in-house and oversee agency partnerships to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Collaborate with campaign, product, partner, and regional marketing teams to integrate paid media into go-to-market initiatives
- Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and report ROI to guide investment decisions and optimize strategies
- Stay informed of emerging trends and innovations in digital advertising, including AI-driven marketing tools
- Continuously analyze performance data to refine campaigns and maximize impact on pipeline growth
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns
- Deep understanding of B2B digital advertising, including social, search, display, and programmatic platforms
- Expertise in ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and DSPs
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to orchestrate campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
- Analytical mindset with experience using Excel, Adobe Analytics (preferred), and other attribution/analytics tools
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline growth through paid media strategies
- Familiarity with data infrastructure, AI, and cybersecurity markets is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Innovative and adaptable, with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies in marketing
Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000 – $120,000 USD; expected on-target earnings: $123,000 – $130,000 USD
